What our Tenants say
The launch in April 2007 was so successful that tenants recorded the following impressive statistics:
Simone Smith, Playtex: “Our newest Playtex store which opened at The OUTLET in Northern Ireland, is one of the best in our portfolio. Conversion rates have more than doubled since we opened last month. The store is top in density for the company, had the highest percentage increase in one week of bra fittings and the highest average transaction value in the company. We are absolutely delighted.”
Simone Smith, Playtex
We are delighted to be opening our first ever outlet in Ireland at Bridgewater Park with its impressive tenant line up and great location. We were also impressed by the future development plans for the site and its close fit with our proven location criteria. As Jaeger expands its UK and European high street retailing estate, The OUTLET market in key geographic locations provides a sensible option to clear ex-retail stock in an environment that protects the brand as it continues to grow apace.
Mike Thompson, Retail Director, Jaeger
We chose The OUTLET for our first venture outside of Belfast because of its unparalleled tenant mix and its excellent location. With the brands already signed up to The OUTLET and more big names to follow, we are confident Deanes will complement the fashion offering at The OUTLET perfectly.
Michael Deane, Deanes Restaurant Group
We chose The OUTLET for our Irish Factory Outlet Store because its location serves consumers in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The calibre of tenants already in place is excellent and as PUMA is a global athletic brand that successfully fuses influences from sport, lifestyle and fashion, I believe PUMA will complement the retail mix perfectly.
Michael Specht, Head Of Global Retail, PUMA
As a brand we are growing rapidly in the UK and Ireland. The OUTLET location is one of the best we have considered to date. With a development of this size we look forward to continually delivering great tasting, freshly made, value for money sub sandwiches to every customer, visitor and staff alike. This development already has a real community feel.
Frank McKee, Subway Franchise Owner
People will drive to The OUTLET from far and wide and we will be there, coffee in hand to greet them on their arrival and to bid them a safe journey home. We look forward to serving the customers every time they visit.
Michael Conroy, Managing Director, Costa Coffee
An exciting opportunity to extend our representation in Northern Ireland which we are sure will be very successful.
Neil Dixon, Property Director, Julian Graves / Whittard of Chelsea
The OUTLET was an attractive proposition for us because of the calibre of the high-end fashion tenant line-up which is already in place. We also liked the location which enables The OUTLET to be able to draw from Belfast to Dublin.
Geoff Green, Head of Group Property, Mosaic Fashions - Group Owner of Oasis
There is no doubt that The OUTLET is on line to become the dominant retail outlet in Ireland. The location means that it can serve both the Republic and Northern Ireland, it has a textbook location overlooking the main A1/M1 Belfast – Dublin highway, and the line-up coming together is one of the best we have been part of.
Anthony Hill, Managing Director, Mexx
Pavers are pleased to announce that as part of their continuing success story, we will be opening at Bridgewater Park, our fifth store here in Ireland. Our new store will offer up to 30% off a wide range of Top Brands including Ecco, Flyflot and Pierre Cardin.
Stuart Paver, Managing Director, Pavers Ltd
With only a limited number of outlet stores in the UK, Olsen is pleased to have selected The OUTLET at Bridgewater Park, Banbridge for our third outlet store. It will give us the opportunity to sell our full range of womenswear supported by the excellent customer service we are known for.
Jennie Field, Head of Marketing, Olsen UK
Mountain Warehouse are delighted to be opening their second Outlet in the province at what is a fantastic location to capture customers from both north and south of the border. We will be offering a wide range of very competitively priced outdoor clothing and equipment for all the family.
Carl Deering, Retail Director, Mountain Warehouse
We are delighted to be part of the exciting new development at Bridgewater Park, and look forward to adding this location to our growing network of stores. The new store will stock a wide range of products including performance outdoor and snow sports clothing - all at great value for money prices.
Ian Ward, Managing Director, Tog 24
Due to the continued success and growth of our retail operation we now have a requirement for a factory outlet store. We like the mid to high end fashion tenant mix that The OUTLET is putting together, and the fact that its location means that it can draw from south of the border.
Sam Morrison, Clockwork Orange
Marks & Spencer outlet stores have proved a tremendous success and we are delighted that Banbridge is set to become part of our growing chain.
This new outlet store will offer a range of Marks & Spencer clothing, including womenswear, menswear and childrenswear, as well as home, lingerie, footwear and beauty products. The majority of these products will be available with at least 30% reduction in the price. We are looking forward to welcoming shoppers from Banbridge and the surrounding areas to the new Marks & Spencer outlet in the Bridgewater Park development. Customers are set to benefit from a large selection of merchandise at very competitive prices and we are sure it will be very popular.
Mark Ashman, Head of Outlets, Marks & Spencer
One of the most attractive commercial characteristics of The OUTLET is that it is part of a larger scheme which gives it important retail critical mass and it is not a stand alone destination. We also like the fact that it will have a 400 metre frontage facing directly onto the A1, giving it an unrivalled dominance on the busiest motorway in Ireland.
