- Do you accept Euro?
We are pleased to confirm that The OUTLET is a Euro friendly shopping destination where both sterling and Euro currencies are widely accepted. Currently this is with the sole exception of our GAP store, however, with customer service being at the forefront of our priorities please be assured that we are in discussions with their head office to try and alter this policy as soon as possible. The Euro rate is communicated to the brands at The OUTLET on a weekly basis as per the recommendation of currency exchange advisor: www.xe.com.
- How do I get to The OUTLET?

- I am planning a coach trip visit to The OUTLET – do you have a welcome pack for coach trips?
The OUTLET welcomes all coach companies & passengers. All coach parties at The OUTLET will by greeted by a customer services representative and/or management on arrival and receive a special welcome. Your special welcome will make sure that everyone in your party receives a store directory with map and a special offer booklet which gives extra discount in addition to the everyday savings of up to 70% at The OUTLET.

- Do you have gift vouchers that you can use in any of the stores at The OUTLET?
We are delighted to confirm that The OUTLET has gift vouchers available in both £5 and £10 denominations for use in our stores. These can be purchased at the Management Suite at The OUTLET and are accepted in participating stores at The OUTLET, this is currently with the exception of Starbucks & Mexx. However, with customer service being at the forefront of our priorities we are in discussions with their head offices to try and gain their participation in The OUTLET Gift Voucher scheme as soon as possible
